cancellation + refund policy

A $20 deposit + $0.88 card processing fee is required at time of booking to reserve your time slot.

48 hours notice is required for cancellation in order to receive a refund on your deposit. Card processing fee cannot be refunded.

Deposit is non-refundable for late cancellation or no-shows.

Please ensure that your party arrives at the scheduled time.  Minutes cannot be made up for late arrival and will still be charged the full session amount. 

If you are more than 5 minutes late, your session will be re-booked for a later date. Initial $20 deposit will not be refunded.  Rescheduled session will be charged full price, including a new $20 deposit fee.
